II. Job Responsibilities

1. Complete a teaching workload of 16 hours per week (45 minutes per session). Teaching proficiency levels cover A1 to B2. Courses include general French, practical language courses focusing on oral expression and interactive communication, as well as foundational French for mathematical and scientific disciplines;
   1.每周承担16课时（每课时45分钟）的教学任务，教学级别覆盖A1至B2各级别，课程包括综合法语课程、以口语表达和互动交流为主的语言实践课程，以及数理基础法语课程；
2. Participate in student performance evaluation, including test design, grading, serving as an assessment panel judge, and entering grades into the educational administration system;
   2.参与学生成绩评定工作，包括命题、阅卷、担任考核小组评委以及在教务系统中录入成绩等；
3. Participate in pedagogical research and team building, regularly attend teaching and research meetings, and complete other relevant tasks assigned by the department based on practical needs;
   3.参与教学研究与团队建设，定期参加教学团队教研会议并完成部门根据实际需求分配的其他相关工作；
4. Actively participate in and support various international academic and cultural exchange activities organized by the International New Institute (or the specific institute name).

III. Job Requirements

1. Native French speaker;
   1.母语为法语;
2. Hold a Master's or Ph.D. degree in Teaching French as a Foreign Language (FLE) or related fields. This qualification is a prerequisite for applying for a China Work Permit;
   2.持有对外法语或相关领域的硕士学位、博士学位，该学历为申请中国工作许可的必要条件；
3. Under 45 years of age (born after January 1, 1981);
   3.年龄不超过45周岁（1981年1月1日后出生）;
4. Possess at least 2 years of experience in teaching French as a foreign language to adult beginners;
   4.至少具备2年面向成年初级学习者的对外法语教学经验；
5. Proficient in using interactive whiteboards and online learning platforms;
   5.能够熟练使用交互式电子白板及在线学习平台；
6. Familiar with and master the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR);
   6.熟悉并掌握《欧洲语言共同参考框架》（CECR）;
7. Holders of DELF-DALF examiner certification are preferred;
   7.持有DELF-DALF考官资格者优先；
8. Demonstrate strong professional ethics, cross-cultural sensitivity, teamwork spirit, and a proactive and flexible work attitude;
   8.具备良好的职业操守、跨文化敏感度及团队合作精神，工作积极、灵活；
9. Teaching experience in China or other Asian countries is preferred;
   9.有中国或其他亚洲国家教学经验者优先；
10. Competency in teaching French for scientific purposes (FOS) is preferred.
    10.具备科学领域专业法语教学能力者优先。
