Job description:

1. Independently or in collaboration with the Department of Hispanic Languages and Literatures faculty, teach key undergraduate Spanish language

 courses such as Intensive Spanish, Spanish Audiovisual and Oral, Spanish Reading, and Spanish-Chinese Translation, as well as graduate-level courses

 focusing on academic writing and research skills, including Spanish Reading and Writing.

2. Publish 1-2 research publications in relevant fields during the employment period, including research papers, conference presentations, or

 proceedings.

3. Actively contribute to curriculum development, textbook compilation, and academic research projects led by the Department of Hispanic Languages

 and Literatures. Provide composition support for domestic and international Spanish-related symposiums and competitions, as well as for thesis

 preparation. Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing the university's academic disciplines and talent development.

4.  Fulfill service responsibilities at the university, school, and departmental levels.

 

Qualifications:

1.  Native Spanish speaker with a master's or doctoral degree in Spanish Philology, Education, or a related disciplinary field from a nationally or

 internationally recognized higher education institution.

2.  Minimum of one year of teaching experience in a relevant field .

3.  Solid mastery of theoretical frameworks, with comprehensive professional knowledge, academic integrity, and a rigorous research methodology.

4.  Demonstrated ability to publish research papers in high-impact national or international academic journals.

5.  Excellent teaching skills and proficiency in Spanish interpretation and translation.

6.  Preference will be given to candidates holding a teaching qualification certificate from their home country or an internationally recognized language

 teaching certification, as well as those with prior teaching and translation experience.
