工作描述:

1、教授课程：教育学基础、心理学基础、英语教学法、课程与测试。

2、授课对象：英语专业本科生。

3、工作时间：每周授课12-14学时（45分钟/学时）。

4、能够高质量完成教学计划，接受聘方的教学指导、检查和评估。

5、每周工作时间为星期一至星期五，聘方有权根据学校规定调整工作时间和节假日时间。

6、工资和住宿等待遇按学校规定执行。

招聘条件：

1、教育背景：应聘者应取得所教授学科的硕士以上学位，或取得与所教授课程相关的硕士学位并累计完成18学分以上的该课程相关研究生课程学习。需提供相关成绩单证明。

2、教学经验：教学经验丰富者优先考虑。个人简历需详细阐述教学经历，包括所教授课程、教学成果等。至少具有两年以上（含两年）教学相关工作经历。

3、专业能力：热爱教育事业、富有责任心、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。除扎实的专业知识外，还具备创新思维和科研能力，能够积极参与教学活动。

4、国籍：美国、加拿大、英国、澳大利亚、新西兰等母语为英语的国家。

5、年龄：60岁以下，性别不限，热爱教学工作，工作态度认真负责。

6、其他：满足办理来华工作许可证和工作签证的各项条件。目前在中国大陆居住，持有效工作类居留许可者优先。

Job Description:

1. Courses taught: Foundations of Education, Foundations of Psychology, English Teaching Methods, Curriculum and Testing.

2. Teaching Target: Undergraduate students majoring in English.

4. Nationality: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and other countries where English is the native language.
