I. Recruitment requirements

1. University will recruit 3 English language teachers at Rizhao Campus, providing classes for undergraduate and graduate students.

Contract Duration	September 2024 to July 2025
Teaching Hour	12-16 hours per week, occasional participation in school activities
Course	SpokenEnglish, Listening, English Reading, Intercultural Communication, Society and Culture of English-speaking Countries, International business communication, business English reading, business English writingor other relevant courses for undergraduate and graduate students
Requirement	Master’s degree or higher, native English speaker, 25-55 years old, at least 2 years English teaching experience; Love the cause of higher education, and possess the spirit of dedication, unity, cooperation and innovation

 

2. University will recruit one foreign teacher with a major of Mathematical scienceto teach undergraduate and graduate studentsatQufu Campus.

Contract Duration	September 2024 to July 2025
Teaching Hour	6-10 hours per week, occasional participation in school activities
Course	Undergraduate professional courses or graduate courses
Requirement	American or British nationality is preferred, doctoral degree, professor title, self-research field has achieved international recognition of important results; Love the cause of higher education, and have the spirit of dedication, unity, cooperation and innovation

 

3. University will recruit one foreign teacher with a major of Psychologytoteach undergraduate students atQufu Campus.

Contract Duration	September 2024 to July 2025
Teaching Hour	8-10 hours per week, occasional participation in school activities
Course	Cognitive neuroscience, psychology
Requirement	American, native English speaker, doctoral degree, major in psychology, associate professor or above, published at least 3 papers in international psychology SSCI\SCIZ journals preferred; Love the cause of higher education, and carry forward the spirit of dedication, unity, cooperation and innovation

 

4. University will recruit one foreign teacher with a major of Design sciencetoteach undergraduate students at Rizhao Campus.

Course	Visual design, environmental design, art and technology related courses
Requirement	Japan, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France or Nordic countries,Italian nationals are preferred；master degree or above, associate professor or above, design major, more than 5 years of teaching experience; Love the cause of higher education, and carry forward the spirit of dedication, unity, cooperation and innovation

 

5. University will recruit one foreign teacher with a major in Physics toteach undergraduate students at Qufu Campus.

Contract Duration	September 2024 to July 2025
Teaching Hour	8-10 hours per week, occasional participation in school activities
Course	Quantum mechanics and quantum information
Requirement	Doctoral degree, associate professor title or above, 5-10 years or more teaching experience is preferred; Love the cause of higher education, and exhibit the spirit of dedication, unity，cooperation and innovation

 

6. University will recruit one foreign teacher with a major of Fine artstoteach undergraduate students at Qufu Campus.

Contract Duration	September 2024 to July 2025
Teaching Hour	16 hours per week, occasional participation in school activities
Course	Oil painting courses (Drawing, color, Creation)
Requirement	European and American nationality, master degree or above, associate professor or above, oil painting major, more than 5 years of teaching experience; Love the cause of higher education, and carry forward the spirit of dedication, unity, cooperation and innovation

 

7. University will recruit one foreign teacher with a Musicologytoteach undergraduate students at Qufu Campus.

Contract Duration	September 2024 to July 2025
Teaching Hour	16 hours per week, occasional participation in school activities
Course	Music Performance (piano direction)
Requirement	Korean nationality, master degree or above, associate professor or above, major in piano performance, more than 5-10 years of teaching experience, who has won international important competition awards is preferred; Love the cause of higher education, and carry forward the spirit of dedication, unity, cooperation and innovation

 

II. Salary and Benefits

Salary	More than 10000 RMB per month before tax for foreign teachers teaching English language; More than 13000 RMB per month before tax for foreign teachers in specialized fields; Additional courses may be arranged according to teaching needs and corresponding remuneration shall be paid. A holiday allowance, equivalent to one month’s after tax salary to be paid during the contract period
Accommodation	A single apartment of about 80-90 square meters, including bedroom, study room, living room, dining room, kitchen and toilet. Basic facilities of water and electricity are provided at no charge.
Transportation	All transportation costs are reimbursed by the university including international round trip airfare, and transportation to and from port of entry.
Holiday	Enjoy the same legal holidays as Chinese teachers.
Residence permit and certificate	The university is responsible for handling residence permit and expert certificate for foreign teachers and bearing relevantexpenses (including the cost of physical examination in China).
Insurance	The University will purchase commercial insurance for foreign teachers. According to the provisions of the insurance contract, the insurance company will bear the medical expenses of foreign teachers in local Chinese regular hospitals/clinics.
Chinese Courses	Foreign teachers can attend Chinese classes free of charge.
