Salary and benefits:
The salary is RMB18,000-21,000 for teaching and scientific research; RMB13,500-18,500 for language teaching, and air ticket subsidies, rental subsidies, inter-campus transportation expenses, and one-time settlement expenses.
1) Working-years-related salary increases (up to a maximum 3000RMB).
2) Full-time in-house visa officer to assist with obtaining a work permit and residence permit. Assistance with travel bookings as required.
3) Holidays: off on all Chinese public holidays. Paid winter and summer vacations (typically lasting 5-6 weeks each) for continuing contracted teachers.
