Position Information

外籍英语老师(早教中心加盟点)


上海市
月薪15,000 - 20,000元

工作职责：

1、 教育教学活动

1) 按照园长、教学主管的指示推行教学计划；

2) 负责每周教学课程的计划和安排，及时提交各项案头工作（周计划、教案、幼儿发展情况等）；

3) 负责幼儿一日活动安排，严格按照计划和作息安排幼儿一日活动；

4) 大型团体活动的带领；

5) 分组活动时选择合适的教学材料，负责各区工作的示范；

6) 保证幼儿每日的户外运动时间；

7) 观察、记录幼儿每日的各项情况，及时调整教育策略；


2、 生活活动

1) 制定幼儿明确的生活规范；

2) 负责幼儿用餐、休息的安排与秩序的维护；

3) 根据每个阶段幼儿发展的培养幼儿良好的生活习惯;


3、 教室管理

1) 环境的创设与布置

2) 根据幼儿的发展情况，设计与制作相应的教具；

3) 保持班级环境整洁优美，教室内物品摆放整齐。


4、 安全管理

1) 保证班级幼儿安全，无重大安全事故；

2) 妥善处理幼儿发生的轻微事故，并及时汇报家长及园所；

3) 保证班级的环境及教具玩具的安全性；


5、 家长工作

1) 随时与家长保持联系，及时了解家长的建议和要求，并做好反馈和指导；

2) 负责新生入园前的新生家访工作；

3) 对出勤异常的幼儿能及时做到电访和家访；

4) 对幼儿的一些特殊情况发生能及时与家长沟通并家访。


6、 组织管理

1) 安排助教老师和生活老师的每日工作；

2) 负责助教老师与实习老师的培训计划，并对其进行考核；


任职资格：

1、学前教育专业、师范及教育相关专业毕业，有幼教资格证，有ONM（意大利蒙特梭利国家工程）、AMI、AMS蒙氏证书优先；

2、性情温和，有亲和力，良好的领悟性及沟通能力，普通话标准；

3、富有爱心及责任心，喜欢孩子，具备一定的音乐艺术等综合能力；

4、五年以上蒙氏幼儿园带班经验，三年以上蒙氏幼儿园主教经验 .


住房补贴5000元
