Requirement on Foreign Teachers:

1. Has the Bachelor or Master degrees of English language or literature, translation, linguistic, language teaching or other relative majors, and two years of relative working experience.

2. Aged less than 60 and with a good health condition. Should have no criminal record. Knowledge about Chinese culture is preferred.

3. Give 18 hours of teaching per week plus two or three hours  English Corner(the students’oral English practice)  and should not take any part time job out of Institute.

4. Should respect China's policies on religion, moral standards and customs, and shall not conduct any activity incompatible with the status of a foreign expert.

Wages, Benefits and Treatment

1. Monthly salary of a Bachelor, Master  and a Doctor will be RMB 8000-11000. Institute should pay foreign  language teachers salary by month(10 month per teaching year ).

2. Institute will provide teacher with a new apartment on our new campus for free during the term of employment.

3. If the contract duration lasts a school year, University will reimburse one round trip  entry international aircraft ticket include the Baggage charge. But the foreign teacher should  provide reimbursement credentials (e-ticket and boarding card).

4. Institute will buy insurance for teacher from PingAn Insurance company.

5. Teacher enjoys the winter and summer vacations as well as legal holidays in China. Institute will provide teacher with travel allowance RMB3000-4000  per teaching year.
