Composition of salary	Amount	Description
Salary	6000-8000/ month	According to the academic qualifications of foreign teachers, work experience, years of work in school, and assessment of work in school, foreign teachers' salary is divided into the following two grades: 1. Undergraduate, one year (and above) work experience in China (university or middle school), work in our school for the first year,6,000 yuan/month; if renewing contract for another year, the salary of the second year would be 6,500 yuan/month; and in the third year, the salary would be adjusted to 7,000 yuan; and 7,500 yuan/month in the fourth year and above. 2. Master's degree or above, one year (and above) work experience in China (university or middle school), 6500/month for the first year in our school; the next year's salary is adjusted to 7,000 yuan/ Month; In the third year, the salary is adjusted to 7,500 yuan/month; the salary of the fourth year or above is 8000 yuan/month.
International travel expenses	7000/year; 3500/half a year	According to the contract, if the contract period is 6 months, you can enjoy the international travel expenses of 3,500 yuan; If the contract period is 12 months, you can enjoy the international travel expenses of 7,000 yuan. Payment method: Cash payment. ( Considerations : Our foreign teachers mainly come from the United States, Britain etc. English-speaking countries. Take New York, USA as an example: New York-Aksu round-trip fee)
Travel allowance	2500	According to the current price of travel in the southern Xinjiang region (transportation and accommodation).
Medical  allowance	600/ semester	This item will be reimbursed for actual expenses, with an upper limit of 600 yuan. If the relevant cost is not incurred, it will not be paid.
Apartment details		Apartment provided by the university, including: apartments, beds, bedding, wardrobe, desk, bookcase, dining table (chair), cabinet,  kitchen ventilator, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric water heater, washing machine, toilet , TV, computer, printer, etc.
Other fees covered by the university		Visa fees, residence permit fee, Alar-Aksu Airport pick-up fees, apartment water fees and electricity costs.
Fees paid by foreign teachers		Personal telephone fee, network fee, natural gas fee.
