Public College urgently needs a foreign English teacher.

Subjects:  Oral Tourism English & IELTS Speaking Simulation

Payment: 240RMB per 40 minutes  before tax and Period/week: Teaching hours: 16

Salary/M: From RMB: 15,000 To RMB: 18,000 (Before Tax and Residence Allowrance 2300RMB per month) 

Working Place: Metro Line 4, Panyu District, Guangzhou .

Documents Required of a Foreign Teacher

Prior to the signing of the contract, a foreign teacher shall provide the following valid documents, both original and duplicate:

1. More than two years of teaching experience reference or English teaching certificate, either TESOL or TEFL;

2. Valid Passport;

3. Diplomas (Degrees) and the relevant certifications, which should be conferred upon abroad and verified by the organizations and institutions stated bellow:

1) Embassy or Consulate of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) in the country where Party B acquired his/her diplomas or degrees;

2) Embassy or Consulate of the country in China, in which Party B acquired his/her diplomas or degrees,

3) Chinese Academic Certification Authority

4. Medical Examination Report; 

5. Certificate of No Criminal Record or Letter of Good Conduct, which is issued by the police, security or judicial authority of either Party B’s nationality state or his/her frequent residence country and, shall be verified by the Embassy or Consulate of the PRC in the relevant country.

Highlights of payment and bonuses

for full-time foreign teachers in this College

1. Party B shall be paid according to the actual periods of class fulfilled. The

standard is 240.00 RMB per period pre-tax and the total amount will be paid on a

monthly basis. According to the tax law of PRC, Party B shall pay tax when receiving

the payment, which will be deducted before the money is transferred to his/her bank

account.

2. During the employment period, Party A shall assist Party B purchase medical and

accident insurance, who shall bear 50% of the premium.

3. If Party B teaches no less than 12 periods per week till the end of a semester,

Party B shall enjoy the winter and summer holiday allowance by 200 RBM per day

pretax. The pay day will be no later than the last day of each month.

4. Party A shall pay Party B each year 7,600 RMB as the refund for the round flight

tickets to Party B’s residence country, which will be paid in two equal lots at the end

of each semester, i.e., 3800 RMB.

5. During the employment period, Party B should solve his/her own accommodation.

Party A shall pay Party B 2,300 RMB housing allowance per month.

6. Upon the fulfillment of this contract, Party A will assess Party B’s job according

the obligations and tasks as stipulated in the Contract. The full score will be 100 marks.

If Party B achieves 90 or above, he/she will be awarded an Excellency bonus of 8,000

RMB pretax by Party A.
