Qualifications

Native speakers, or gaining degrees from native speaking countries

Bachelor degree or above (preferred majors: education, linguistics, literature, art, business, etc.)

Relevant teaching experience preferred

IELTS and Business English teaching experience preferred for English teacher positions

TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or other relative certification preferred.

Job Benefits

Around 178,000-246,000 RMB (pretax) average annual salary (including housing allowance) with 16-26 class hours per week (per class hour lasts for 45 minutes) plus potential bonuses, differing in individual’s total class hours, course types, educational background, and teaching experience. Other teaching activities are encouraged and paid additionally.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, and we can make one workday free per teaching week for each teacher according to university schedule.

All Chinese holidays with equal payment to workdays.

A round-trip flight ticket each year upon completion of the contract within 12,000 RMB.
