The recruitment of Native English Teachers

Post descriptions:

  looking for 15 native English Teachers to teach English courses ;

Teaching load : per week: 20 periods  (1 class period = 40/45minutes);

Application requirements:

1. Age between 18 and 60;

2. In good health condition, no criminal record;

3. Bachelor degree or above;

4. English native speaker, and certified teachers preferred (TEFL、TESOL、TESL、CELTA、TKT and CELTY);

5. Teaching experience of at least two years, current English teacher preferred;

6. Enthusiastic and responsible, with professional teaching skills preferred.

Salary package:

1. Income before tax is RMB13,500-18,500/month; salary will be paid monthly;

2. Free accommodation provided;

3. Insurances provided;

4. Reimbursement for one round-trip International ticket;

5. Other fees, including visa(Z), physical examination, provided.

? Posts & Requirements

Hired applicants will start working at Our University from the 2023 fall semester.

1. Teaching Positions

At least 8 teaching periods per week for major-related teaching; at least 16 teaching periods per week for language teaching.

2. Teaching & Research Positions

At least 5 teaching periods per week. They are required to join the scientific research group of second-level institutions, jointly apply for and undertake scientific research projects with teachers of our University, and cultivate graduate students. The unit of the first author for scientific research achievements shall be the University during the contract period.

Job Qualifications

The applicants should meet the following requirements:

1. Be under the age of 60 with a good health condition and no criminal record;

2. Shall abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China;

3. Be responsible and work a full-time job during the contract period;

4. (For language teaching staff) Have a master's or doctoral degree with more than 3-year language teaching experience.

5. (For major-related teaching/teaching & research staff) Have a doctoral degree/associate professor or higher with a solid professional background, profound knowledge of cutting-edge science and technology, and good experience in research & discipline construction.

Remuneration: Salary RMB18,000-21,000/Month for teaching and scientific research, 13,500-18,500 for language teaching, plus air ticket subsidies, rental subsidies, inter-campus transportation expenses, and one-time settlement allowance.
