          1.       Before-tax basic salary is 10000 RMB per month. 200rmb for each class. There will be at least 16 classes for each week.

           ( That means the employee will get 10000+200×16×4=22800 RMB at least per month.)税前基础工资每月10000元；每节的课时费为200元，周学时不低于16学时；

          2.       150 RMB for communication fee each month.每个月150元通讯费

          3.       300RMB for meals each month.每个月300元餐费补助

          9.       The average before-tax basic salary is 15000-20000 RMB per month.税前每月平均工资15000-20000元

Appendix to the Standard Employment Contract for Foreign Cultural and Educational Experts

Work Assignments

Responsible for foreign language teaching and teacher training for our school students, and complete the basic teaching tasks stipulated by our school every month, that is, the weekly workload is not less than 16 hours and the monthly workload is not less than 64 hours. If Party A has collective teaching activities, Party B shall cooperate with Party A to complete the collective teaching activities.

II. Salary Benefits

(I) After completing the basic work tasks, a monthly basic salary of RMB 10,000 will be given. The salary will be paid in RMB from the date of employment to the date of expiration of the contract. It will be paid monthly. If it is less than a full month, it will be paid on a daily basis.

(II) Indirect Remuneration The employer will guarantee the basic conditions for the employed party to live in China:

1. The employed party will pay RMB 200 per hour of class, and the allowance will be calculated according to the actual workload. 

2. Provide housing with furniture, bedding, TV, refrigerator, toilet, heating and cooling equipment.

3. Provide a monthly communication subsidy of RMB 150.

4. Provide a monthly catering subsidy of RMB 300.

5. Upon expiration of the contract, a round-trip international air ticket will be provided (the nearest economy class international air ticket from China to the country of the employed party).

6. Upon expiration of the contract, a 2,200 yuan allowance will be provided.

7. Housing with furniture, bedding, television, refrigerator, toilet, heating and cooling equipment will be provided.

8. The employed party will enjoy Chinese statutory holidays and winter and summer vacations.

3. Sick leave shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Regulations on the Management of Wages and Living Treatment of Foreign Cultural and Educational Experts" of the State Administration of Foreign Experts and the Ministry of Finance.

4. The determination and modification of the various clauses of the annex to the employment contract must be negotiated by both parties and agreed in writing. Any oral agreement shall be deemed invalid. 5. This annex has the same effect as the standard employment contract and is an integral part of the contract.
