Party A shall pay ten-month salary a year to Party B.

Travel Allowance: Party A will offer Party B 2200 RMB per year.（RMB 1,100 will be payable upon Party B’s completion of each term .）

Maximum 20 classes(each class is 45 min).

If Party B elects to accept additional teaching classes, compensation will be provided in the amount of 100 Yuan RMB per class.

1, we apply the insurance for foreign teachers including the project: first, accidental injury (maximum reimbursement amount of 300 thousand)；second, accident medical (maximum reimbursement amount of 10 thousand)；third, hospitalization (maximum reimbursement amount of 50 thousand);forth, a year of major diseases (maximum reimbursement amount of 50 thousand)

2, each year for foreign teachers to provide a permanent return from Harbin to foreign teachers of international air tickets.
