The job description for administrative assistant of international office is as follows:

1. Native English speaker and bilingual language ability, English and Chinese. Be able to speak Chinese in the daily conversation.

2. TESOL/TEFL certificate or more than 2 years' teaching experience 

3. Bachelor Degree

4. Below 60 years old

5. Having working experience in China

5. Healthy

6. Working in our university for at least 3 years.

7. Office hour: 8:30 a.m~12 p.m. 1:30 p.m.~ 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

8. During the period of the contract, foreign teachers need live in campus,

This is what we can provide for you:

We provide you with free medical care: public health services in the hospital which we appoint to.

The monthly salary shall be RMB8000~12000 (After tax) for foreign teachers with a Bachelor's Degree;

3) We provide lodging with furniture, bedding, television, internet, refrigerator, a flat with toilet, kitchen and air conditioning. Free water, internet and electricity supply. You will live in the apartment alone.       

4) We provide 12000 RMB as one year's plane ticket allowance and 6000 RMB as half a year's.

5) We provide 2200 RMB as travel allowance and 1100 RMB as half a year's.

The responsibility for this position:

① acting on behalf of the Director or the Acting Director according to the Director or the Acting Director’s demand and authorization;

② the daily affairs of international cooperation and exchange;

③ promoting the English language level of the team of foreign affairs.

④ handling other jobs assigned by the Director or the Acting Director.
