School Profile.

This School was founded on March 29th 2008. Our School adopts the western way of teaching, only using western teachers in teaching. Each semester, each western teacher would take some training courses to improve their teaching in our School. we also hold teachers' meeting each week for all the teachers to communicate with each other.

Though it's a young school, it enjoys a very healthy students' enrollment. till now, we've already had up to 400 students. we have three full-time western teachers at the moment. in the coming new semester, we'd like to enlarge the students' number, so we need to get in new good western teachers.

Qualifications:

*Native English speakers from US,Britain,Canada,Australian European countries,etc(American/British accents)or close to;

* At least two-year’s working experience ;

* Enjoy teaching and willing to share their knowledge as well as cultures to students;

* Excellent communication skills. 

The TESOL/TEFL or teaching experience is preferred but not strictly required !

2, Teaching hours per week:

Normally 15-18 hours per week, 20 hours teaching is the maximum, and we provide extra pay for the extra hours if foreign teachers are willing to teach for that, 2 days off work.

3, Teaching supplies:

We provide the foreign teachers our own different levels books which are very useful and suitable for Chinese students. According to the course offerings to teach will be much more convenient for the teaching.  

4, Working time:

45-60mins per classs, 8-12students, 20-25hours per week, if you don't have classes in the evenings or on the weekend, no need to stay at school.

 

5. Salary:

Normally, it's 13000-15000RMB monthly(after tax),with free accommodation and working lunch, We can also negotiate with each other, base on your teaching ability, after internet interview.
